Leak fix including track and trace
Mark and Engineer Booking were very proactive and thorough. We received clear communication from the control centre and Mark was always happy to discuss the work being done and our options. We had to invoke the warranty for some secondary repairs and were extremely impressed with the service we then received. Would highly recommend this company.

Engineer Booking to the rescue
When I found water damage in my home I had no idea how to proceed. I posted a speculative job and waited. I was contacted by Engineer booking and then their engineer Mark. We spoke on the phone and he reassured me that he always found the issue and would take every step in order to rectify it. Mark came around and fixed things in a day. Mark is a man who takes pride in a job well done, something sorely lacking nowadays. He is professional and forthright and will do everything in his power to please. The most important part of the experience was the peace of mind of a job clearly well done.

Needed new pipes in bathroom and new
kitchen sink tap
Mark did an excellent job as it proved more complicated than expected. Our bathroom sink was leaking and it looked initially like a simple job to fix, but unfortunately parts had eroded, so we needed new taps. He took more hours than planned and worked very hard. He even haggled for the price of our taps from the supplier. He was polite, friendly and kept us up to date with thorough explanations . Even when it was late, he still made time to fit a new kitchen tap for us. Really recommend.

Re-plumbing hot and cold water pipes to bypass a leak
I had great communication with Engineer Booking via WhatsApp, which was really convenient. Mark, the engineer, worked hard and efficiently throughout the job, despite it being a tricky one that many plumbers had been unwilling to tackle. He persevered and completed the work to a high standard. Additionally, any materials that were not needed for the job were refunded back to me, which was much appreciated. Highly recommend!

I was very impressed with the work carried out by Mark. He explained everything that needed to be addressed, was extremely thorough, and very personable. I will definitely ask for Mark if we need any further plumbing jobs in the future. I was also impressed with the company and the way it handled the work with regular WhatsApp messages and ETAs. Highly recommended.
