Clients provide personal details via online platforms for us to arrange services such as home improvements, repairs, or emergency call-outs.

• Accounting purposes: Retained for 5 years, archived after 12 months.
• Warranty purposes: Retained for 13 months from the invoice.
• Product Warranty: Retained for the manufacture date and these will be registered to the client email and held by the company for said date.
